The ETERN8 assistant partner program: a share of the payments from clients you bring
A referral partner gets 20% of every client payment for 12 months. An integrator who sets the assistant up for the client gets 30% for as long as the client pays, and charges separately for their own setup at whatever price they choose.

Two kinds of partner: referral partner and integrator
You make the introduction, we do the rest
A blogger, consultant, community owner or a former client. You share your link or introduce us to a business owner. You do not sell, set up or support the assistant: that is our job.

You set the assistant up for the client yourself
An agency, studio, CRM integrator or freelancer. You install the assistant for the client, fill the knowledge base and answer the client on setup questions.

- The client pays us for the subscription at the prices on etern8.tech; it is not sold below those prices
In Russia a partner can be a sole proprietor, an LLC or a self-employed person, paid against an act. Abroad a partner can be a company or a private person, paid through PayPal or USDT.
What is paid, and on what
Percentages are calculated on what the client paid us. Anything not in the table is not paid out.
A client is attributed to you through a link with your code
A link with a code
We give you a code: Latin letters, digits and hyphens, 3 to 32 characters. The link looks like this: etern8.tech/?ref=your-code. The code can be added to any page of the site, including the assistant page.
90 days
When someone opens the site through your link, the code is stored in their browser for 90 days. If within that time they send a request on the site or build an assistant demo, the client is attributed to you. If they came through the links of several partners, the client goes to the partner whose link came last.
Or you tell us about the client
If the client did not come through a link, tell us about them before their first payment. The client confirms to us that you recommended us, and is attributed to you.
When a client is not attributed
If the client was already working with us, or if it is your own business.
Once a month, with a report on every payment
Once a month
By the 10th, for last month's payments that the client did not get refunded. Minimum payout 3,000 RUB or $50; a smaller amount carries over.
Partner report
Client, payment date and amount, and what you earned. One line per payment.
Refunds
If the client is refunded after a payout, the amount is deducted from the next payout.
Three rules, so that clients hear the same thing from everyone
Makes no promises on our behalf
Does not promise on behalf of ETERN8 anything that is not on the website and in the offer: percentages of closed conversations, sales growth, replacing staff.
Does not use our name
Does not advertise on branded searches for "ETERN8" and does not pass themselves off as ETERN8.
Does not send spam
Does not send spam containing the partner link.
A breach means we close the code, and payouts for the clients involved in the breach are not paid.
We give 30 days' notice of any change to the terms. For clients already attributed to a partner, the terms at the date of attribution apply until the end of their term.
