ETERN8 Assistant Partner Program: Terms

1.1. A Partner is someone whose request on https://etern8.tech/en/partners ETERN8 has confirmed and to whom ETERN8 has issued a partner code.

1.2. Referral partner: a blogger, consultant, community or a former client. Only makes the introduction; does not sell and does not support.

1.3. Integrator: an agency, studio, CRM integrator or freelancer. Installs the assistant for the client, fills the knowledge base and answers the client on setup.

1.4. In Russia a Partner can be a sole proprietor, an LLC or a self-employed person, paid against an act. Abroad a Partner can be a company or a private person, paid through PayPal or USDT.

2.1. Subscription (Starter, Business, Store, Smart search), monthly or yearly. Referral partner: 20% of every payment for 12 months from the first payment. Integrator: 30% of every payment for as long as the client pays.

2.2. Custom development (the "Custom" plan, from 100,000 RUB / from $4,500). Referral partner and integrator: 10% of the first payment.

2.3. Payment for conversations over the limit: no reward is paid to either a referral partner or an integrator.

2.4. The integrator sets the price of their own setup and support and keeps all of it. The integrator does not sell the subscription below the prices on etern8.tech: the client pays ETERN8 at ETERN8 prices.

3.1. A client is attributed to a Partner if they came through the Partner's link (a code in a link such as https://etern8.tech/?ref=code, valid for 90 days) or if the Partner told ETERN8 about the client before the client's first payment and the client confirmed it.

3.2. If the client was already in contact with ETERN8 as a client, they are not attributed to a Partner. A Partner's own business does not count as a partner client.

3.3. The code from the link is stored in the visitor's browser for 90 days. If the visitor came through the links of several Partners, the client is attributed to the Partner whose link came last.

3.4. The partner code is stored as a technical cookie; ETERN8 uses it only to track recommendations and does not pass it to third parties.

4.1. Paid once a month, by the 10th, for the previous month's payments that the client did not get refunded. If the client is refunded after a payout, the amount is deducted from the next payout.

4.2. Minimum payout 3,000 RUB or $50; a smaller amount carries over.

4.3. Partner report: client, payment date and amount, amount earned.

5.1. Does not promise on behalf of ETERN8 anything that is not on the website and in the offer: percentages of closed conversations, sales growth, replacing staff.

5.2. Does not advertise on branded searches for "ETERN8" and does not pass themselves off as ETERN8.

5.3. Does not send spam containing the Partner's link.

5.4. A breach means the code is closed and rewards for the clients involved in the breach are not paid.

6.1. ETERN8 gives 30 days' notice of any change to the terms. For clients already attributed, the terms at the date of attribution apply until the end of their term.

6.2. The terms are published in Russian, English and Arabic. If the versions differ, the Russian text applies.
