ETERN8 is a boutique custom web development practice for business. I build online stores, platforms, business portals, and internal systems.
I take on tasks where sales, user roles, integrations, and clear product handoff to the client team matter.
Projects are led by me, Iakov Radchenko: founder, developer, and the single point of contact. After launch, your team receives the source code, repository, server access, and documentation.

I own the project on the ETERN8 side: I lead communication, product decisions, and technical execution. For specific tasks I bring in trusted specialists, while you still have one point of contact.

I move stores off Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce, or any platform that can export its data: catalog, orders, and search URLs are preserved, and the old store keeps taking orders until switchover day. So far I have moved stores off InSales, a hosted platform similar to Shopify.

AI assistant, automation and AI integration
An assistant for your website answers customers day and night from your business data, takes inquiries, and hands complex questions to a manager. For a company, I start with an audit from $2,000, then run a pilot on your own data with an accuracy check, and only then roll it out.

A platform for gaming services: a store with instant pricing, accounts for buyers and contractors, an order board with payouts, a game guide builder, a team panel and an AI assistant.
Gembox - moving a store from InSales to its own engine
A designer gift store moved from InSales to its own engine: 1,319 products, every old link still works, and payments, receipts, delivery, and inventory run from one admin panel. Live since September 2026.
IWANT - store migration from InSales to a custom engine
We migrated our own fashion store from InSales to our own engine: moved the catalog, the order history, and the URL structure with full 301-redirect coverage, and built in features you normally pay extra for on a platform.
T2 × Chess & Jazz - a quiz for a festival stand
A quiz for the T2 mobile operator stand at the Chess & Jazz festival. A visitor answers a question, shows the result to a promoter, and gets a gift. It works without internet and collects no personal data.
Online store for DH22 clothing brand in 3 days
The online store of DH22, our family clothing brand. In 3 days we assembled a 12-product starter catalog, product pages, a mobile storefront, payments, and core services. The first sale came on day 7.
Atlas AI - a health tech app with an AI core
Our own health tech product with an AI core: a website and a phone web app (PWA) that collect health data, interpret lab results, keep a diary, and give clear habit guidance. 11+ AI scenarios on OpenRouter.

Terms depend on the task, but the baseline is the same: a clear start, transparent stages, and handoff without vendor lock-in.
Payment
Payment in stages, usually equal parts. The first payment books your start date; each next payment comes only after you accept the previous stage. Payment in USD by bank transfer, PayPal or USDT, as agreed in the contract.
Stages
We first agree on the launch scope, then I build the product, connect services, test, and release it.
Contract and warranty
Contract and invoices in English, payment in USD, NDA on request. A 12-month warranty covers bugs in what we built.
Handoff
After launch, the client receives source code, repository access, server access, documentation, and a clear base for future development. Rights to the code transfer on full payment, as written in the contract.
What you pay after launch
All prices and termsFor the server (as at IWANT). You pay your providers directly under your own accounts, so they are always yours.
We fix what breaks and answer questions within one business day. No new development in this plan.
About 30 hours of work: new features, sections, promotions.
