Capless.gg - a gaming services platform with contractors and a guide builder
- Challenge
- An English-language store for gaming services where buyers choose a service and see the price at once, while outside contractors carry out the orders.
- What we built
- A store with games and services, prices in USD and EUR, card payments, balances and cashback. Buyers get an account with their orders and a chat for each one. Contractors get their own account and an order board: they take an order or offer their price, talk to the buyer in the order chat and withdraw what they earn. A guide builder publishes guides, news and an interactive talent tree with ready-made presets. The team runs it all from a panel with 30+ sections, and an AI assistant answers buyers, passing payment questions and complex cases to a manager who replies from Telegram.
- Result
- The first stage was delivered in 26 days, and four more stages followed. Buyers get a guarantee on completed orders: if there is no claim within the guarantee period, the order closes on its own and the contractor gets paid.
Capless.gg sells gaming services to English-speaking players, and outside contractors carry out the orders. We built the whole platform: the store where buyers pick a service and see the price at once, the contractor side with an order board and payouts, a guide builder for game content, and the panel the team runs the business from.

Supabase: Postgres, Auth, row-level security policies, RPC functions for orders, typed clients.

OpenRouter, with the model chosen in admin settings. Guarded against prompt injection; sensitive topics go to a human. The FAQ base grows from real conversations.

Telegram alerts for the team and emails via Resend. A two-way bridge lets a manager reply to the buyer in the site chat from Telegram.

Three pricing types (fixed, preset, slider) with nested options; EUR or USD by buyer region.
