    No. For most brands the working model is this: marketplaces stay as an additional channel, while the site gives direct sales, customer data, and control over pricing, promotions, and orders.

  • Can we start with only part of the assortment?

    Yes. It is often smarter to launch with the key categories and expand the catalog later. That makes the store easier to launch and faster to move into sales.

  • Who fills the catalog and who supports the store after launch?

    At launch we usually help shape a working catalog structure and explain how to maintain the storefront afterward. After launch your team can run the store, and if support is needed, we can handle ongoing improvements and support as a separate package.
