This Personal Data Processing Policy describes how ETERN8 (Individual Entrepreneur Iakov Radchenko) collects, uses, stores, and discloses personal data in connection with https://etern8.tech and related services.

This notice applies to website visitors, leads, and clients. By using the website or submitting a request, you acknowledge this notice.

We may collect identifiers and contact data (name, email, phone, or another contact method you provide), commercial information (requested services, project scope, budget signals), and communications content you submit to us.

If you submit a request through the website form, we may also process message content, visitor/session identifiers, and any name, email, or phone details you provide in the form.

We also process technical and usage data such as IP address, device and browser metadata, pages viewed, events, cookie identifiers, and technical session identifiers necessary to operate the website securely.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data unless it is strictly necessary for service delivery and legally permitted.

We process data to respond to requests, prepare proposals, provide contracted services, issue invoices, protect against abuse, and improve site and service performance.

Depending on context, processing is based on consent, pre-contract steps, contract performance, legal obligations, and legitimate interests (such as fraud prevention and service quality).

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality, performance analytics, attribution, and campaign measurement.

If you arrive through a partner link (an address with ?ref=), the partner code is kept in a cookie for 90 days and added to your request so that we can credit the recommendation. It is not an advertising cookie and we do not pass it to third parties.

We share limited personal data with providers that support our work: hosting and email (Beget, servers in Russia); web analytics (Yandex Metrica, which counts visits for every visitor, while session recording and click maps start only after you press "Got it" in the cookie banner); Telegram, where our team receives a short notice that a new request or chat message has arrived, without your name, contact details or message; the AI chat assistant on the site, whose conversations are processed by an AI model in MWS Cloud Platform (Russia), with email addresses, phone numbers and card numbers replaced by placeholders before they reach the model, and read by our team in our own admin panel; and PayPal or other payment providers when you pay an invoice.

Lead records and website requests are stored in a PostgreSQL database on a server that ETERN8 controls.

These parties are authorized to process data only under instructions and contractual confidentiality and security obligations.

Our website and database servers are located in Russia. If you contact us from another country, the data you send is transferred to and stored in Russia.

Payments pass through the payment provider you choose (for example PayPal, USA).

We keep requests and related pre-contract communications only for as long as necessary for the purposes stated in this notice, including legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations.

When retention is no longer required, we delete or anonymize data using reasonable technical means.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of your personal data, and may object to certain processing.

You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country, for example in Australia, the UK, the EU, Singapore, the UAE, or Saudi Arabia.

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

If you believe a child provided data to us, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
