Accounts for customers, partners and the team

Platform with user accounts:
every role has its own permissions

A customer sees the catalog and their orders. A manager handles requests. A partner publishes listings and waits for moderation. A dealer sees their prices and stock. One platform with roles, not four websites and a messenger thread.

01

Roles and permissions

Who sees and does what is defined once. A new role is added without rewriting the platform.

02

Moderation

Partner content goes live after review: listings, products, reviews, documents.

03

Requests and routing

A request reaches the right person by rule, not by a manager’s memory.

04

Integrations

Your CRM, accounting or ERP system, payments, delivery. The account shows what already lives in your systems.

Examples

Role-based platforms: two projects and a typical scenario

Different niches, one mechanic: every role has its own account and its own view. Vsedomatut and Capless are live; the dealer portal is a typical scenario we build around your catalog.

Real estate marketplace

Vsedomatut: buyer, manager, partner

A buyer browses listings and sends requests. A manager works them through Bitrix24, a CRM. A partner developer publishes listings, passes moderation, and sees analytics across four conversions.

Capless: an account with a balance and an operator

A customer sees the balance, rewards, and order history and talks to an AI assistant. An operator picks the chat up from Telegram and drives the order to completion. All money logic lives in the database.

Typical scenario: wholesale and dealers

Dealer portal: group prices and reorders from a price list

A dealer signs in, sees their prices and stock, and places a repeat order from the price list without calling a manager. Stock and prices come from your inventory system. Built for your catalog after a review.

Prices and timelines

We name the final figure before work starts: it depends on the number of roles, integrations, and data volume.

How a project runs

Three stages, and each ends with your acceptance. The next payment comes after you accept a stage.

  1. 01

    Role review and design

We list the roles, what each one sees and does, and where the data comes from. We fix the scope, the timeline and the price. Account design: up to 2 options for the key screens, up to 2 rounds of edits for each. We agree it on live pages, with no separate static mockups.

  2. 02

    A build on your data

Accounts, moderation and requests on your data. After each stage you get a link to the working version and accept the result.

  3. 03

    Launch and handover

We migrate data, connect integrations and check security. The code, database and access are yours, and the documentation lets another team pick the project up. 12-month warranty.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Short answers to what people ask before the start.

A site with a form sends a request to an inbox, and everything after that is manual. A platform stores requests, orders, and documents by role: the customer sees theirs, the manager processes them, the partner publishes and passes moderation. Team work stops living in a messenger.
Yes, that is the usual path. Roles and permissions are in the architecture from day one, so a new role is added without rewriting the platform.
From your systems: your CRM, your accounting or ERP system, the payment provider. The account shows what already exists in your records and sends orders and requests back. Accounting and ERP integrations are handled by a vetted specialist under our contract.
Each role sees only its own data, and we check role permissions at acceptance. The server contracts are yours and the access is yours from day one. Before the start we agree where the data is hosted and which data-protection requirements apply to your users.
The repository is in your account from day one, and rights to the code pass to you as stages are paid. Data and documentation are yours. The stack is mainstream: Next.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL. Your team, another contractor, or we can continue the development.
A platform with two roles: 3-4 weeks. With partners and moderation: 6-8 weeks. We name the timeline together with the price after the review and keep it.
The code, database and access are yours from day one, the technologies are mainstream and the contract runs in stages: any developer can pick the project up. More on the About page
